I spent twenty years in the corporate world and much of that as a client. A few times in my career, I was truly impressed by the commitment level of third party agencies. More often than not, I was frustrated and disappointed. It was all too common that during the “recruitment” phase these representatives were attentive, available and creative. Most lack diversity, originality and integrity. Once the contract was signed, the relationship changed. FIG is different. We are a black woman owned business. I built this brand strategy consulting firm with the spirit of partnership in mind; we have partners, not clients. We approach each project as if we were partners in the company and maintain that level of commitment from beginning to end. We focus on diversity and how powerful it is both internally and externally for brands.
